Cari tutti,

anche se la tradizione di una lista di nozze generalmente include solo oggetti, elettrodomestici e chincaglieria varia di cui noi sposi potremmo aver bisogno, abbiamo deciso di iniziare questo crowdfunding, così come si fa in Ucraina, per rendervi partecipi anche dei nostri sogni e progetti. Ci sono ancora tanti cambiamenti in arrivo nelle nostre vite (una vita a lungo termine in Svizzera, viaggi, progetti, luna di miele) e per tutte queste cose il vostro aiuto sarebbe fondamentale!

Gli oggetti di cui avremmo bisogno sono veramente pochi (per lo più oggettistica da cucina sulla quale Carlotta continua a insistere 😅😂) e sono proprio i primi che compreremmo con i soldi raccolti:

- un multi cooker perchè, ammettiamolo, tutti si sposano per averne uno!

- una batteria di pentole e padelle nuove, per sostituire le poche presenti nella vita da single di Dima 😂

- una "nonna papera" per la pasta fresca! Che ci posso fare se sono italiana??? (piccola ulteriore aggiunta da Carlotta 😏)

Ma quello che davvero ci illumina e ci fa sognare è la possibilità di mettere da parte dei soldini per progetti e sogni più o meno imminenti:

- uno shooting fotografico del nostro matrimonio, per avere per sempre con noi il ricordo di una giornata unica e speciale

- una sala e un catering all’altezza di una festa coi fiocchi, semplice ma sincera

- una luna di miele (Università e coviddi permettendo 🤞🏻)

La cosa che più ci renderebbe felici, in fin dei conti, dopo questo periodo infinito di pandemia, sarebbe il fatto di potersi ritrovare, festeggiare insieme e tornare, anche se per poco, a un momento di normalità condivisa!

Dear all,

Although the tradition of a wedding list generally only includes items, appliances and miscellaneous trinkets that we, the bride and groom, might need, we have decided to start this crowdfunding, as it is done in Ukraine, to share our dreams and plans with you. There are still so many changes coming in our lives (a bigger flat, a long-term life in Switzerland, travel, projects, musical instruments) and for all these things your help would be crucial.

The items and services we would need are very few (mostly kitchen items, which Carlotta keeps insisting on 😅😂) and they are the very first ones we would buy with the money raised:

- a multi cooker because, let's face it, everyone marries to have one!

- a set of new pots and pans to replace the few in Dima's single life 😂

- a manual pasta machine! What can I do if I'm Italian??? (small add-on by Carlotta 😏)

But what really enlightens us and makes us dream is the possibility of setting aside some money for more or less imminent projects and dreams:

- a photo shoot of our wedding, to keep the memory of a unique and special day with us forever.

- a hall and a catering service that are up to the task of providing a simple but sincere celebration

- a honeymoon (University and corona permitting 🤞🏻)

The thing that would make us happiest, after all, after this endless period of pandemic, would be the fact that we could get together, celebrate together and return, if only for a short while, to a moment of shared normality!
