La pubblicazione Milan Unit è la prima monografia che raccoglie, sotto forma di libro e come risultato di un contributo collettivo, l'opera-archivio che l'artista e fotografo Ramak Fazel (Abadan, Iran, 1965) ha costruito durante gli anni trascorsi a Milano tra il 1994 e il 2009: una raccolta di fotografie in medio formato ma anche un labirinto di provini, appunti, disegni, micro-collezioni, lettere e regali, arricchito dai contributi di chi, prima durante o dopo, ha avuto modo di incontrare, legarsi o collaborare con Ramak.
The publication Milan Unit is the first monograph to collect, in book form and the result of a collective contribution, the work-archive that the artist and photographer Ramak Fazel (Abadan, Iran, 1965) built during the years he spend in Milan between 1994 and 2009: a collection of medium-format photographs but also a labyrinth of the shots, notes, drawings, micro-collections, letters and gifts, enriched by the contribution of those who, before during or after, had the opportunity to meet, bond or collaborate with Ramak.
